Nathan Ogle
Associate
Nathan Ogle is an associate with the Firm’s transactional team. Nathan’s practice spans a variety of transactional matters, including estate planning, tax matters, like-kind real estate exchanges under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code, and general corporate representation. He specializes in helping individuals, families, and business owners design and implement strategies to protect wealth, minimize tax burdens, and achieve long-term financial and organizational goals. His work includes drafting estate plans and succession strategies, advising on tax-efficient transactions, and providing counsel to businesses at all stages of growth.
Nathan attended Berea College where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Nathan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2025 with high honors. While in law school, Nathan served as a Staff Editor for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law and was also published in the journal. Prior to joining the firm, Nathan also pursued academic opportunities abroad, studying business administration at the University of Westminster in London and international law at the University of Cambridge.
Outside of his practice, Nathan is a fluent Welsh speaker and enjoys travel and coffee culture, from international café explorations to hands-on roasting at home.
