Amanda Inman
Associate
Amanda Inman is an associate on the Firm’s litigation team, where she represents clients in complex business disputes involving contracts, real estate matters, and other civil litigation issues. Before joining Brock Shipe Klenk, Amanda developed a diverse civil litigation practice, representing clients in personal injury, disability, premises liability, and workers’ compensation matters. She has appeared before courts throughout East Tennessee and has extensive experience advocating for clients across a broad spectrum of legal disputes. Amanda is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
Amanda earned her Bachelor of Arts in English, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2005.
Drawing on her extensive litigation background, Amanda provides clients with practical guidance, strategic problem-solving, and effective advocacy. She is committed to delivering responsive service, thoughtful counsel, and tailored legal solutions that align with each client’s goals and objectives.
Outside the office, Amanda enjoys strength training and is actively involved in animal rescue, including volunteering to transport rescue dogs to their forever homes.
